Kehan is IMT’s Manager of Policy and Program Management. She contributes to IMT’s state and local policy work on equitable building performance.
Prior to IMT, Kehan supported the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure grant program at the Department of Transportation, managing application intake and review, engaging with stakeholders and guiding the technical review process. She has additional experience leading sustainability and climate strategy and project implementation within higher education. She holds a BA from Oberlin College and a Masters from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
